About the role

As a Marketing & Communication Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Resilux’s communication strategy both internally and externally. You will be responsible for creating engaging content for media channels, managing communication campaigns, supporting trade fairs and exhibitions, and ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication across all platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a hands-on mentality who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media & Content Creation Draft and distribute compelling press releases for industry magazines, media outlets, and digital platforms. Create and manage engaging content for social media channels (especially LinkedIn), ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
  • Campaigns & Events Plan, coordinate, and launch external communication campaigns. Support the organization and promotion of trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events, while developing creative proposals to increase Resilux’s visibility in the market.
  • Website & Digital Presence Manage and update the corporate website with relevant news, product launches, and events. Propose improvements to enhance user experience and online visibility.
  • Internal Communication Develop clear and structured communication tools to support employee engagement. Streamline internal communication processes and propose pragmatic improvements. Create internal newsletters, updates, and supporting materials.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
  • Strong writing and editing skills; experience in press releases and professional publications is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to translate strategy into pragmatic actions
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with social media management (especially LinkedIn) and content creation
  • Familiarity with CMS (website management) and design tools (Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, or similar is an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel on average once per month for trade fairs and exhibitions

Ik hou van de internationale omgeving die Resilux me biedt vanwege de interacties met collega's in andere landen.

Ik werk sinds augustus 2017 bij Resilux Distribution Russia (Moskou).

Aan de operationele kant houd ik me bezig met het werven en aannemen van mensen, het bijhouden van personeelsdossiers, het werken met personeelsdatabases en het bewaken van personeels- en salarisbudgetten. Ik organiseer ook de opleiding van werknemers, bereken bonussen en creëer incentivesystemen. Daarnaast maak ik aanpassingsprogramma's, begeleid ik stagiaires, onboard ik nieuwe medewerkers en begeleid ik de omgang met medewerkers.

Aan de mensenkant houd ik me bezig met veiligheid op de werkplek, werkcultuur en werknemersbetrokkenheid. Ik moet het personeelsverloop en de productiviteit analyseren, rapporten opstellen en nieuwe initiatieven implementeren.

Ik werk graag in deze industriële omgeving en ik hou vooral van de internationale omgeving die Resilux me biedt vanwege de interacties met mijn HR-collega's in andere landen.
